    Bottled distilled water.

Can’t go wrong with that 😉

  2. Less_Beyond2577

Tacos so people can choose what they add to them. Corn tortillas – or lettuce – works for the no gluten folks.

Build your own bowls/pitas from a Mediterranean/Greek/Cava-like place.

  3. firewater40

Chicken and potatoes or rice with a veggie

  4. siqbal01

Try putting this in chatgpt and seeing what it comes up with

They should not be eating out ever in the first place. If you’re in the US (and most likely a LOT of other places too) it’s unreasonable to expect every or any establishment to completely avoid the risk of cross contamination with any of those items. Maybe one or two of them, but no way all of them. It’s too much of a risk if they are *seriously* allergic. They should bring their own dishes and share amongst themselves.

Between 3 people I would be asking myself if they are serious or just trying to fuck up plans

  6. Wander80

Salads with grilled chicken, no cheese (or cheese on the side), variety of dressings on the side.

  7. ammh114-

Maybe a taco bar? Things like corn or certain meats would be separate so the people that can’t have certain items could avoid them. But in general i feel like all of these restrictions could eat tacos in some capacity.

  8. AdventurousPoptart

Looks like a shishkabobs and rice meeting.

  9. smeezewitme

They honestly should’ve said “attendee 1 is allergic to…” so you would be able to still offer things but let them know which ones not to touch.

  10. American_Gladiola

Baked potato bar, can be completely vegan if you want it to be. Add chili if you’re feeling fancy.

  11. sayyyywhat

Anything build your own so people can avoid what they need to.

  12. ApprehensivePie1195

I would go with Chipotle. Can get chicken, rice, veggies, etc can make it fit those restrictions. I’m not affiliated with this company and haven’t ate there in over a year. Gluten free makes me automatically think of rice as a carb. Plus they have a variety of proteins to fit your list.

  13. Wolfstarmoon42

I’d order from an Asian place & tell them the allergens while ordering

Chicken, seafood, rice, rice noodles, all veg are safe

Satay chicken stir fry or wok tossed rice noodles (check no soy sauce)

Sushi rolls (check no gluten/soy; vegetable rolls should be safe)

    Boiled rice as a side

    Steamed veggies as a side

Or chicken roast dinner (gravy seperate)

Or (if it doesn’t need to be a meal) hummus, raw veg sticks, olives, pickles, rice crackers, nuts, fruit platter

  14. Pizza with a gluten free pizza for that person. I used to work in a pizzeria and put gluten free was for one person.

  15. stoudman

Chicken Alfredo w/ Broccoli and gluten free pasta; red lentil is pretty good, avoid brown rice based gluten free pasta. I’m literally making this tonight. My roomie is gluten sensitive.

  16. Don’t try to get something that avoids all of them. Provide a number of items and label what each contains so that attendees can choose for themselves what to eat and what to avoid.

  17. Would cancel the food and add an extra 2 hours to the meeting. I would also make it clear why no food was being served.

  18. Much_Box996

I call bullshit. No way they are really allergic to all that. Just order good food and let them go hungry. I bet a couple of them eat foods they claim to be allergic to.

  19. Langdon_St_Ives

Two thoughts: All these things are *actual allergies* by just three attendees? Rationally, that is very unlikely (there is a huge difference between an actual allergy, an intolerance, and imagining you have one of those), but I understand you’re in no position to argue with them. So let’s just assume someone actually is *allergic* to all this.

Then my second point would be: why do you have to get something that has none of these for everyone? Can’t you simply have the three sensitive persons make their own choice of something that’s ok for them, and just get the standard coconut-breaded chocolate egg soy-corn steak for everyone else.

    Possibly I’m misunderstanding something.

  20. AppropriateOcelots

Depending on the amount of people and cost restrictions……buy each of the three their own meal of their choosing. You can provide a menu that isn’t so limiting if there are 30+ other guests, etc while still accommodating these guests.

  21. SrgntFuzzyBoots

Idea one Chicken kebabs, Greek style salad with feta on side, rice and naan for side options. Tzatziki optional.

Idea two Thai style sticky rice with sauce spread and Asian style salads. (Papaya salads are easy and delicious if love in a big city you can find a cooking papaya easy).

Idea 3. Chicken wing platter with veggies and dips.

Idea 4 pizza, most pizza places now offer gluten free crusts, not sure if they are egg free, but you can ask.

Idea 5 a hummus platter with a spread of dip-able veg and bread.

    Idea 5 sushi

Not sure if your doing a whole meal or just appys but there’s my ten cents

  22. AMasterSystem

You can always just do different colored waters that are not red?

Gummy bears without the red ones!!

  23. Ehlalalalalalalala

I feel like some of these people are putting preferences, and not allergies

  24. becky57913

Chicken shawarma or kebabs on rice with salad

    Vegetarian chili with rice

    Hainese chicken on rice

Seafood paella (may be hard to find)

For anything, confirm with restaurant as it’s hard to know if a place uses soybean oil. Also, confirm specifics of dairy. Some dairy allergies can handle butter or ghee or yogurt and others cannot.

Indian dal and veggie curry and rice (as long as it’s not made with ghee)

  25. turbomonkey3366

Stir fry with chicken served with rice

  26. PlumMagic

Box lunches? I ordered quite a few of these for in-office gatherings after COVID because they [seemed/are] more hygienic than buffet-style; there are a lot of caterers and even chain stores that will make them. Individual boxes can be customized a bit. You can offer a range of items and have each person choose what they want in their box.

  27. MyNameIsSkittles

I would order whatever for everyone and ask the people with allergies what they like

Otherwise your choices are extremely limited. Potato bar? Whoop di doo. I’d bail if I found out that’s what’s being served

  28. Silly_Monkey25

LOL, tell the ones with restrictions to bring their food!

  29. Elitsila

If you can get vegan or vegetarian food from a Middle Eastern place and get gluten-free pita, you’d have lots to choose from.

  30. usernamesarehard1979

Can you be allergic to red meat and pork, or is that just a preference?

  31. Far_Statement_2808

Pick a place. Get menus. Have everyone write their order before the meeting starts. Don’t get wrapped up in the allergy game.

  32. Euphoric-Blue-59

I would get many big bags of frozen corn.
